What is the time frame to build a Modular home?

A modular home is usually completed in half the time it takes to build a site-built home. It usually takes 6-8 weeks for our main manufacturer (Genesis Homes) to construct the home itself. After the home is delivered, it will be 120 working days from the time the home is set onto the foundation until completion. The sections will be connected as well as the utilities and miscellaneous finishing work.
