Factory Built Homes of Southern Californiaed in 1999 and is owned and operated by Jacob Fletcher.

Jake has been in modular and manufactured home sales for most of his carreer. His father, and general contracting partner Greg started working in the mobile and site-built home business in 1979. He then went on to work in the manufacturing side of modular offices and was a manager in the customer service department for a large mobile office company that served over 500 customers throughout San Diego County on a continuous basis.

At Factory Built Homes of Southern California we employ highly skilled full-time tradesmen and work with some of San Diego County's best sub-contractors for grading, well drilling, paving and septic systems.
